Graphics corrupted at the docks

Does anyone have this issue? I have tried all the graphics options and multple resolutions, verified the files and reinstalled the game.

The only issue is at the Docks, early in the game.

Hello Randy Monk,

Please make sure that the Texture Compression is disabled in your game. For that, open your Steam library and right-click on the game. Then, select the Visionaire Configuration Tool and turn the Texture Compression off.

Fixed it for me too.

I would normally think Texture Compression is a bad thing to enable, but the description in the options makes it look like it improves textures somehow. It says you need a very fast CPU to support it. I would assume that's why it was turned off by default, not that it improves performance or could cause glitches.
