From the System tab, towards the top you can set the Game Title.
Toward the bottom-right you can select a title-screen graphic, and can choose to display the title or not with the "Draw game title".
On the left side, under Music, you can choose a title-screen Music to play if you like.
From the Terms tab, towards the bottom right, under "New Game:" section, you can change the title-screen menu terms there.
To get any more fancier / option than that may require use of scripts, or editing of some default scripts, or manually editing the title-screen graphic in a graphic-editor.
Good luck
