[SOLVED] Loading old projects is basically impossible

I have had so many errors recently, and this isn't the first time it's happened, either. The software pretty much will not let me access any project that isn't brand new(it's impossible to load an old project), and the ones it does manage to load aren't playtestable. If I try to open a project from within RPG Maker, it's "Unexpected file format." (If I extract the project from the .zip and try and open the game from there, it loads, but I get "Failed to create process" whenever I try and playtest.) If I try and load it from the files, it's "Failed to load actor data." If I try and playtest a loadable project, it's "Failed to create process." I have tried every solution I can find. I've replaced actor data for broken projects, I've swapped the game.rvproj2 for a new one from a fresh project, I've tried creating steam backups and loading those when something goes wrong, and even the backup broke, and I've uninstalled and reinstalled the program a few times just to see whether or not it worked. It worked once, then the software broke again after six days. Absolutely nothing I've tried has ever been a complete fix, and I can't even figure out how to "factory reset" the software, either. The software seems to remember that I have projects on the computer despite having permanently deleted all of them. If someone can please help me just get this software working again, I would be eternally grateful.

EDIT:I found the solution on a different forum and I can load my projects again. Thread's over, problem's been solved.
