Start Menu Changing

So when the game starts up, it has "New Game" "Continue" and "Shutdown".

Is it possible to change these or add another option?

I want to add a "Delete Save" option, and maybe "Settings" or "Controls" option too.

Is this possible without needing to dig around for a script? I can't write my own.

Thanks. Everything I got in my searches explained how to change the pictures on the start menu.

So, is it not possible to change the title screen menu?

It's pulling ups some odd things as well (like mouse scripts) but try this link:

Also, I'd recommend using Yanfly's Menu scripts (Save Engine, System Options, etc.) because you should be able to customize from there.
