Question about steam DRM

If I bought this game off steam and wanted to use it at my school for projectsm will I be able to copy the folder onto a flashdrive and then place it on my school computer, or will it require Steam to be on that computer. ADditionally, will it require internet privileges?

It doesn't run without steam. If you don't want to Steam, go to official website and buy from there.
You need internet connection before install then you can switch to offline mode or disable internet connection.

It needs to be registered to each computer you run it on, I believe, for the non steam version. So you would have to be online, and have your license key with you. It also would require the RTP to be installed into the computer as well.
You can run a game on your school computer via flash drive, but not the RPG Maker environment, unless you get permission to install it.
