Report a translation problem
the look and feel is good in this program,
its still beta but in developement by one person. Price for the Beta is small $9.
Pyxel Edit looks like it would be good for editing / making Pixel stuff.
Can transform Bitmap files to vector files if needed and then editing them all a part pieces!
(you can also use such as Inkscape).
I create all my works into vectors, and then export them to transparent PNG.
(so as it, when newer updates/software can support .svg (vector native files) I just need export them to .svg :))
but its only from 2008...

Mr. Zimmermann answer to my email. He has plans for a new layersystem and to create stereoscopic graphics for 3ds (experimental).

Ive only tried the demo, in my opinion it has some nice features but it's a bit limited.
