Prevent Windowskin from Stretching

I was wondering if it's possible to prevent the windowskin from stretching. I have a theme for the game where I'd rather prefer the windowskin to tile like it does and not stretch to fit.

So, is there a script for this or something in the scripts that I can change to prevent this?

In your window skin graphic, the top left quarter of the graphic will stretch to fit and the bottom left quarter of the graphic will tile to fit. Simply modify the graphic so the background is in the bottom left of the image instead of the top left.
