failed to create process?

most of the games i try to start get this error, some work some not. im kinda confused now if this is rpg makers fault (mine cuz i did something wrong) or the games fault. i tryed to reinstall the maker a couple of times but nothing worked.

"Failed to create process" is most commonly caused by by a missing or corrupt Game.exe in the project folder. Check to make sure it hasn't been deleted or renamed.
If Game.exe is there, it might be corrupted so make a new project and copy/paste the .exe from that into your project and see if that helps.

same, for some reason, its not like that i am the only one who cant play that game, it must be something that i have done wrong, not the game exe i think
