These are the main restrictions. Other, less note-worthy differences are limited numbers of troops, classes, actors (players), skills, weapons, armors, elements, etc.
Buying the full version also gives you a license, meaning you are legally allowed to sell and profit off of a game made with RPG Maker. That being said, clearly third party content such as copyrighted music (unless it's either RPG Maker music or your own music) can only be used within the terms of Fair Use, but if you own all of the content, you can sell your game.
There are no limitations with the full version, but it's original price of 69 dollars is very high.
14 dollars is actually a really nice deal, and I'd recommend it while it's on sale.
