I'm looking for Royalty-Free Anthro Sprites/Battlers/Portraits.
(Preferebly in the same art-style as RPG Maker VX Ace's default assets.)

The RPG I was making has been put on hiatus, but when I eventually come back to it I will most likely still need anthro character assets. Additionally, other people may be searching for the same thing.
So please don't hesitate to post if you know where Royalty-Free anthro assets can be found.

"A few of the characters in a game I am creating are anthropomorphic animals. Which has caused somewhat of an impass when it comes to assets. I am, in theory, able to creatively play around the lack of default anthro character assets in RPG Maker, but I would rather not have to.

If anyone can help direct me to a location where I can acquire what I'm looking for, I would be very happy indeed. :fhappy:"

Furry Sprites by AZs is near the top of the Workshop list. Has some screenshots of what in the resource pack, although according to the description he's moved his updates to "Furresource Pack is Back" I haven't looked into it myself.

Just subbed to the "Furresource Pack" thing. I shall look through what it has to offer in the morning.
From what the preview images show, some of the sprites might work. But the battlers don't look to be the right art-style.

Finally managed to check that "Furresource Pack" out (took a while to find it). Nothing in it is of the art-style I am looking for unfortunately. :fsad:

You can't really be picky if you're after freebies. If you want something that perfectly matches the artstyle you're going after you'll probably have to hire someone to do it.

I'm aware of this. Just hoping that someone out there made the thing I'm looking for.
As I said, it is possible for me to work around the lack of assets, I would just rather not have to.

(Seems odd that there are so few RPG-Maker resources for anthro characters (free or otherwise), seeing as they're basically a staple of Fantasy-RPGs.)

I don't do a lot in mass but I am often refreshing my Custom Housing project. It has some of my sets in it for you to use and modify free of change; for instance I made my minotaur faceset out of my equine one. And it was to match the default battler. Oh; I also made 3 sizes of Minotaurs to match the same in the battler. Not all of them are all clean but you can use them and mod them too.

I made them so you can use them commercially or not!

Yeah I subscribed to it a while ago, just recently found out it's gone and I can't find any anthro sprites anywhere that have a consistant art style, or AZs if it's anywhere else.

If anyone does have it if they could upload it somewhere or something, idk.

Yeah, I've browsed and searched but the entire thing is taken form the workshop. I can't find his battlers anywhere, or any consistant anthro ones to be precise.

It is just face sets gabaits for starters and not aimed at battlers... Altought many use side sprites as battlers! (And... those things takes time. ;) Especially when they are free so best get your GCH and Gimp ready.)

I am a spriter and I'm a Furry. I have noticed there aren't many furries out there and I agree 110% that Furries should be apart of the RPG Maker lifestyle. So I took advantage and am starting the Fyr Collar Pixels artshop. IF you need a spriteset, I'll make it, but it may take time as I am a game developer as well. So mgs me with what you may need, IF I can do it, I'll let you know. Also, please support me by posting up my banner, (custom made as well).
