"\RGSS301.dll" Problem (Help Wanted)

This issue happened to me just now, quite literally as I'm typing this post. Everytime I want to playtest my game the pop-up that says "System\RGSS301.dll could not be found" always pops up and the game would not start at all. Is there any way to go around this issue?

P. S.: I'm kinda new to rpgmaker in general so I'm still trying to learn the basics as well.

That means RGSS301.dll is missing from the game's System directory. Go into the root directory for RPGMaker VXAce itself under steamapps/common, you should see RGSS301.dll in there. Copy that file to the System directory for your game project.

If you use any version of Norton Antivirus, it'll continue to try and remove the file because it thinks it's a trojan (it's not, Norton is just stupid). In that case, you can either whitelist the file in Norton Antivirus if you insist on keeping it, or you can just ditch Norton Antivirus since Windows Defender + uBlock Origin + just being smart with web browsing is more than sufficient for internet security.
