Press Alt+Enter than it stretches to Fullscreen Mode.
Or you press F1 and open the Options Window and select full Screen mode there.
There's no going past 640x480 resolution but you can send the game into full screen (ALT+Enter) or set it in the Game menu in RPGMVXA editor.
Iam not sure if his resize is different, but you could also add the following line as new script into the material Section of the Script Editor. (1Map Tile is 32x32 Pixels in Size, so you would need to change the size of the smalest Maps from 17x13 to 20x15 to avoid visual Bug)
