"Unable to find VL Gothic font."

Whenever i try to play and test a project it appears "Unable to find VL Gothic font." I have gone across the internet trying to find solutions and I have no clue how to fix this. Please, help me!

This is mine. It should work. (no viruses...directly uploaded from my game's folder. I'd advise to still scan, same with every file gotten from the interwebs.)

Thank you for this, should I put this into my RPG Maker vx ace folder or the game folder that i want to apply this to?

In the game folder. Make sure you make a backup first.

Just copy the files to another drive...or usb stick....or one drive....or dropbox....ect

Hello mind telling me where to drop these files. Even if i drop them directly to game folder i still get this "Unable to find VL gothic font"

You have to add them to your game's font directory. If there isn't one you will have to make one.

Put the file the other guy poster here; (as it is by default installation)
My Documents/RPG Maker VX ACE/ Y o u r p r o j e c t n a m e/fonts.

If you can't find the 'fonts' folder, right click in YOUR PROJECT folder, create new map, name it Fonts, call your grandma, go to bed.

hey I downloaded this for fnafb and i have everything but what is "new map" all i can do is a new folder also i tried putting it in the folder i made called "fonts" (no quotation marks) and it didnt work i even put it inside rpg maker vx ace then put it everywhere and nothing happens pls help :P

Alright i got it working accidentaly put fnafb in the folder inside rpg maker and i forgot it was in there XD

I did not change the Fonts, so i cant work you through it.

The main program directory should have a Fonts folder; the font goes there, or, alternatively, install the font directly. That should also work.
Addendum: The folder is actually 'VL Gothic'.
