Number of workers in animal farms
Whats do I gain by having 3 workers instead of one in the cowshed for example?

More workers in an animal farm means more people available to haul food and produce to and from the warehouses/barns/manure pit. It possibly reduces the incidence of illnesses, although I am less certain of that. The incidence of illnesses may relate to the amount of balanced food and lack of manure piles in the pen.

Exactly, buildings requires only one worker to work - for transporting resources. But more staff changes yield from buildings and some stats like ill chance

So in the case of the cowshed with beef cows... do new cows get born faster after I slaughter some if there are more people working there?
Also the number of cows in the shed doesn't seem to effect the birth rate... you can have 2 or 12 cows and you will still get 1 new cow every couple minutes. More cows should mean more babies more often.. cheers
