First I raised cows to sell milk. And I kept going until I unlocked the research to be able to make cheese. After that it was very easy to evolve.
With the learning I had after that I think the best way is to raise pigs, build the slaughterhouse and unlock the smoker. With that you will have a better income. Don't take out loans, unless you need to buy the smoker.
After that it gets much easier.
I did it a bit different. I went for Alpaca. 1 pen with 10 alpaca makes really good money for the wool, and they cost 1000 rather 2600 for the cows. So in game now, it 2029 I've got 2 small alpaca, 2 medium alpaca, 2 small coops for chickens, 2 medium cowsheds, 2 large cowsheds, 3 medium pig, 2 large pig, on site vet, 2 logistics center, cheese production, and slaughterhouse.
My estimated budget shows for a year about 1.3 million increase. I've got everything on extreme, and haven't taken a loan. It was tight in the beginning, but the trick is to be patient. I do use a trainer, but it is for speed. I can turn the game speed up to 50x...otherwise my brain gets bored.
