Logistics Not Working

I have loads of logistics space and several logistics buildings build giving me ample logistics storage but yet I now have a ton of crops that are just sitting in the warehouses and are not being transported to logistics so I can sell them. I have trucks that are idle and free to move the product but it is either moving nothing at all or extremely small amounts

I am also having this issue, on the Asia campaign map.

there is a workaround for this, sell everything that's in there still and delete the logistics center and save the game. Exit to desktop then re-launch, rebuild the logistics and reassign the staff.

I'm also having this issue. Tons of crap is stranded in my warehouses. Meanwhile all of my trucks are idling at the 4 logisticscenters. I have played the game a lot and this is the first time i encounter this bug

issue getting worse. Logistics are now doing absolutely nothing. They don't even send the trucks out. I'm stuck on the later campaign task of selling lychees. Its at 0% because they don't get transferred to the house. They just rot in the warehouses.

Is it even after reloading the game? More savegames with this issue would be very helpfull to find the issue.

I would love to, but i have been looking around for them and I just can find them. I've been looking in the default folder (that you wrote) but i just cant find them

AppData is hidden so you have to enable showing hidden folders.

Honestly this is really weird. I have tried reloading the game, I have tried unassigning staff and assigning new staff. No matter what i tried my trucks was just idling in my logisticcenters, (i have 3).

I removed the savegame from the savefolder and placed it at windows desktop and afterwards sent it to you.
I just started the game again, but the savegame was missing (because i have removed it)
I closed the game again and put the savegame back in the savegamefolder and started the game again. As soon as the game was loaded all of my trucks started hauling goods around and the problem is now gone.
I sorry i cant describe it any better but for now it working again
