I FIXED YOUR BROKEN GAME FOR MYSELF (GRAB FIX)

Here is how I ended up doing it on my WMR HP Reverb G2 (hopefully this helps others). The grab issue is a pose it seems vs a binding, but I digress.
The fix:
1. go to the library, find hello neighbor vr and click the gear icon/right click and go to properties.
2. under launch options type -hmd=OPENXR
3. I had revive running (but this I tested and is NOT necessary), with steamVR closed, steam open, and my headset on and controllers on and connected.
4. pressed the play button on the library page of the entry of hello neighbor, and it launched in openXR with the ability to grab. You will see the difference right away.

Oculus users having this issue may try to use -hmd=OCULUSHMD
with steam open/steamVR CLOSED instead of openxr

It works but my hands are like closer to me and it's lower

Yeah, that part they will likely have to fix as it baked into the game build itself in some cases. Glad to hear it. We can also attempt to use OPENVR launch option to see if any better

It's there a way to fix your hands being lower and I realize your hands are tilted a bit so are you able to fix this or is it impossible?

Could it be that I can't load my saves because of this, I was literally at the ending and then I had a bug, then I restarted and tried to load my save which resulted in me having a black screen, I could still hear but no vision.

I had a similar issue, I finished the first chapter and the same thing happened with black screen and then found my save was not auto updating as well. I wonder where the save files are being stored. Grrr… I will have to test further later when I get a chance. Here is hoping a patch is coming soon for everything else too.
