Best build for Making History
I just finished this trophy (playing on PS5 but this forum is the only active one for the game). I went with Dracula and all snipers with Living Chainsaws and Werewolves.

I went with the summoning build of Dracula too (rather than the clone).

I beat it first time but I got down to 79 health when facing Dracula. Brutal!

I'm wondering what efficiencies I could have made.

I arguably over-levelled my sniper rifles (all 10+). Thinking about it, each level after 5 only adds 200 damage which is nothing in this mode.

The snipers did 3500,000,000 damage (ish) where as the chainsaws did 31,000,000 (ish). A lot less.

Would Shield Generators have been better? Or is that amount of shield generation pretty rubbish compared to the damage you take on the final stage?

After a while I dismissed speed, reload speed and ammo relics. My snipers were already at 80+ ammo capacity. I wonder, what would be optimal there. Is anything over 20 even worth it if you have good reload speed?

I cut off critical chance at 100 and soul chance too.

At the end I'd say the only chest items I really wanted were shields.

Crit chance and soul chance have an effect after 100%. Definitely do not stop taking those, and keep taking crit damage as well. Crit chance after 100% has a chance to increase your crit damage. At 200%, your crit damage bonus is doubled with every shot. After 100%, soul chance increases the number of souls each enemy drops. This equates to more levels. At 200%, each enemy drops double XP, so on and so forth.

I usually run Taurus and Gemini with shotguns. Couple that with Magical Bouncing Ammo, crit chance/damage, no need for ammo as shotguns gain this passively, and the damage is ridiculous. However, be warned that so many projectiles on the PS5 is questionable as to whether it can handle it. I don't have a PS5, so I cannot say for certain.

Good hunting.
