Constellation Aquarius, Rifle + Shield Generator + Raven has worked best so far.

Anythin non-elemental. Poison, fire and shock dont really scale even with all berserker's multipliers, and cold is just pointless - why cc when you could remove enemy from the match instead.
So any non-DoT damage basically, especially if you play berserker
