Best guns?
What do you think is the best and most powerful weapon in the game?

One neat thing about this game is they attempt at making maps play different so different guns are better on different maps.

IMO ripper is amazing.

Just got the game today and just found that Revolver is really good if you have Aquarius equipped. Though I am trying to find other combos.

I use only miniguns.

I did not unlock everything in the game, but I find pirate canon to be ultra strong, to the point of being boring sometimes
Pestilence is a pretty decent AOE weapon that seems like something people might overlook.

Shotguns with magical bouncing ammo are just too good.

Machinegun is pretty fun as a solo weapon!

My goto are sniper rifles. Their special ability allows them to punch way above their weight. I just finished getting all the achievements, and I used snipers on most of the more challenging ones.
Shotguns and miniguns are both effective in a lot of builds and take much less precision, making them less fatiguing on long runs, but overall I prefer the snipers.

If you get the perk to remove shields you can basically live forever with 10 shotguns and dual sam launchers, as you'll have infinite knockback and the sam launchers are the highest DPS in the game from what I've seen, around 3m DPS late game

Don't know if it is any good, but I do love a full rack of flamethrowers :)

Where do you find that perk? is class dependent?

I have fun using almost all the weapons on their own with the constellation that makes all weapons the same (Except the lightbringers, those things are still ultra-garbage), but sniper rifles is almost always what I go with if I'm going for a high score run.

I did try mono revolver earlier and that was insane, so much damage.

Stacked a bunch of crit/crit damage relics with it as well.

Hand Catapult is probably the most powerful at base and gets genuinely stupid when upgraded, ramp camp dream

Hand Catapult feels almost OP compared to the other weapons, I love it.

Revolver is fantastic once you have a bunch, and Sam Launcher is probably the best support. Meteor and Cat feel like the best passives.

Shotgun, Lightbringer, and Launcher feel rather underwhelming compared to HC & Pirate Cannon. Minigun is okay but the downtime is a little too punishing imo. Death Ray could use a more visible particle effect.
