Music Enthusiast - Where are the music discs?

I've got all the constellations unlocked except the "Music Enthusiast" since I just can't figure out, where those discs are. I did several runs in Survivor and with "Carina" but they don't seem to appear or I'm just blind. Does anyone know, where or how to find them?

It's not from the Touhou series. That song is independently licensed. It wasn't made for Touhou.
