VSync not workin in the menu
VSync doesnt work in the menu, meaning its uncapped and 100%ing out your GPU. Please either respect VSync or limit the Menu Framerate by default

Hello there!

We've just double tested here and VSync is working in the menu. We're going to investigate to understand what might be happening.
One thing that I've just added to our backlog is an option to select your max FPS that works separate from the VSync.

Cheers!

I just ran Yuki Vale with VSync on, and my GPU never went above ~45-48%. I have a 3060 12gb. This was with both Task Manager and HWINfo running. I'm running an FPS test now.

Running Yuki Vale with the exact same setup as my last test using a 3rd tool, the Windows/Xbox Gaming Bar, my GPU over two minutes averaged 41%, and my FPS was around 58-60 with Vsync on. I suspect you have some sort of a global override running in the background. I would check your display adapter settings.

this never happens while in a stage, only in the menu. It also seems to be driver related, it just stopped doing this. im using a Radeon RX 7800XT and got about 600FPS in the menu with 100% GPU Usage. Driver Version 24.5.1.

as it just happened again, i can tell you the reason: Open a Youtube video in the background. if its played on the same screen it will mess up something with the detection and uncap the FPS in the menu (update#2: if you change stuff while you play, this may persist even if you close or move the youtube video to another screen). if you pause it, the effect is gone. Same thing with an open Remote Desktop window. Also, this only happens when you play in FullScreen, windowed mode doesnt show this issue

Thanks for sharing more details. We'll investigate replicating your steps.
