Golden Set Shoulders?

Hi, i have no problems to roll the spear, the shield and the helmet of the Golden Set for the Knight - but i have been unable to find the shoulders in any of the bioms.

What am i overlooking?

The shop needs to be at Tier 11 or 12 (I think it's 12) before the shoulders appear.

They'll be available from the red biome just like the other golden parts.
