@DEV: Show Stat gains from items

Hi^^
First off, i really like the game!

Is it possible to implement an option that shows you the stats certain dwarves gained from certain items? That way it would be easier to see if an items works on a dwarf or not.

You can see all the stats a dwarf gained as 'growth' (blue stat in the tavern or in the dwarf details -> history). If Artifacts have an effect that grants stats from battles, it will be displayed in the battle report.

activate battle prepare screen in the options and it works with one exaption the fast lerner perk is not in that because every kill grants 1 exp extra.
