Rune's not transferring between clans?

I've checked, double checked and triple checked. It really doesn't seem like Runes once purchased in one clan always transfer to other clans. Sometimes they do, but frequently they don't.

Also, it is intentional that you can sell back the default rune that you get from the skill tree? I ended up with duplicates and so went to sell one, turns out I apparently sold the duplicated rune that happened to be one that came from the skill tree. Now, I have a blank slot on my skill tree for all new clans.

They should always transfer. Are there any steps you can take that always reproduce the issue?

You can sell all the runes, but I will add a locking mechanism in the next update to hopefully prevent such cases. I need to maybe also add a short info like "This rune is used by Clan 1, Clan 4" (and a re-naming feature for clans...).
