'Eternal flame' skill seems weak

Fire lasting longer doesn't really help much, I don't think. Things die before the fire can do all its damage.

Maybe change it to do twice as much damage, but last only half the time? Something that makes the damage happen sooner, not just last longer.

That might be a good idea. Burn is in a weak spot right now, but this is mainly due to the fact that if I flatly increase burn damage, the Orcs will probably burn your clan to ashes...

Everything is a double edged sword in this game, but as the Orc do not have access to the Skill Tree, this might be a good solution.
