Given the freedom of the engine and the nature of the content, you're supposed to join a community and get charts from that community, however, OutFox does provide a official pack with charts and songs created by/for the community here: https://projectoutfox.com/outfox-serenity

If it is DDR type of songs you're looking for you get them from StepMania type of sites that offers you SIM file download packs.
