Height map info for HD Maps

I see that you need different xy coordinates for your units if you want to play base game scenarios with the hd maps. Are these new coordinates available anywhere?

The HD maps are in a different scale, 6 mile map versus the "usual" 5 miles map. The team is working to provide Waterloo scenarios for the HD version.

So as of right now, all you can do with the hd maps is sandbox scenarios, right? Just making sure I'm not missing something

Can you explain what exactly the HD maps are and how to activate them?

The HD maps are in a Mod and are activated like any other mod. These maps have about the maximum use of terrain sprites and sprite density consistent with tolerable performance on most systems.
