Where is the report for first kid from newspapper?

I found 3 of them, cant see much as there are no options for brightness. I dont understand how drawers work, I touch them and nothing happens.

I see it's still on EGS but not on Steam. Did the EGS buy exclusivity rights for this game? Or did someone sue them so the page got taken down from Steam?
