Learn the attack patterns and Demon Dodge if you're too close to an attack. Her baby has a little arm you can pull out with demon whip that you can then proceed to attack for extra damage. After enough damage his eye will open up and you can attack on that. When his health reaches zero and he goes down, don't forget to use your demon whip to pull her out. She is the biggest pain for first time players, but once you learn her fight through practice you can do it without getting hit.

I didn't even use any items haha, not on the easiest difficulty anyway I must admit. He's not a particularly difficult boss I must admit; he/she (whatever the flock it is) just uses basic quake attacks that are quite simple to avoid by dodging and jumping, etc.

Anyway, when I find myself stuck on a boss beyond help I tend to go back on levels (usually the same level or a nice, short simple one) and get some more orbs so that I can afford more items. Yeah it's time consuming but it does the job. And when you get back to that boss; Hack and Slash!

You can always replay a level to farm Red Orbs.

use Revelion (the sword) that deal more damage to the baby and the Lilith, not the special angelic/demonic weapons.

Dude simplest way get your charge shot of that shotgun u get and keep ur distance fully charge it and keep hitting baby he will never come near you if he comes dodge your way out and keep hiting with charged shots when he goes down pull her out and start killing 3-4th time its over
