Concept Art - Rare #3 how to?

Hi guys!
I've unlocked everything, but this image.
I've heard that's about dealing something like 5,000,000 damage, but I don't know how many damage I've dealt since now. Is there a way to know it?
Anybody unlocked this? If yes, where is the best mission and difficulty to play to gain this one?

Not sure how to even unlock the other Rare concepts. But mission 12 is probably the best level for damage since it's a nice arena and spawns a lot of enemies.

-Play for 50+ Hours (Menu time also counts but you'll need to trigger autosave to record progress)

-Gain 5,000,000 Damage total (Play DMD mode and demon dodge for more damage to attacks)

-Get SSS Rank on 60 Missions (Pretty self explanitory)

-Use Devil Trigger 666 times. (Very esay if you have Super Dante which you get for beating DMD mode. Just toggle DT on-off. Could be done in under 10 minutes)

Got it! At last, the best way to achieve it, IMO, it is to keep redoing missions, trying to get SSS rank. Expecially the boss fight's one. (PS: I still don't have all SSS missions, and have less than 60h playing)

Bob barkas might be a good one to do since he seems to hand out a crazy ammount of DT on SoS and spawns a lot of enemies to fight between phases.

and it's the easiest one to kill too! PS: if you need to get a boost on killing demons (to get all Dante's images), that's the best place I know! (just restart from the checkpoint before getting "out from the eye").
