Mission 2 bugged?

I just started playing DmC and it was okay, but in mission 2, right after I get the angelic hook, or whatever, I've got to pull myself to the little blue spots. The first two go fine, but when I am trying to hook myself to the thrid one, it's a bit higher the game drops me half way from the target and I always fall. What the heck should I do? I have it patched too. I just can't reach the top as it just unhooks me half way through. I tried jumping, double jumping and hooking but still the same thing happens. Help?

I can't remember but it's one of the two solutions:
A) use your Deamon weapon to to move the last one into place then use your angel weapon to pull yourself towards it

B) while the angel weapon is attached press jump again to dash towards the last one (getting closer)

See how he gets up the ledge at 29:20? I can't do it, it just drops me half way through the hook. I cannot make this jump. It's bugged.

I guess Steam Community won't help me, so does anyone knows where to place my query? It's annoying that I can't play a game I paid for. Come the hell on! Any support website or something? I know Devs don't care, only for money and they already have mine... ♥♥♥♥, come on!

works fine for me. I've played mission 2 at least 5 times without a issue. have you tried to verify cache?

Of course. It finds no corrupted files, doesn't download anything. It's just ♥♥♥♥♥♥ capcom coding that's causing this.

I think that you can use the dash in midair, after you've hooked on, and just as you start to fall (L trigger+ forward + A if ur on controller) but if you've done that correctly with right timing and still fail, might be a bug. I don't know where else you could ask though, sorry.

You need to use the demon pull in conjunction with angel lifting. Two angel lifts and one demon pull will get you through that sequence. It takes some getting used to, but it soon becomes second nature to run with demon weapons and angel weapons.
