Settings won't stay at 60 Hz
Is anyone else having this same issue? All graphic setting change when I select "Apply Changes", but choosing the Hz does not.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

same problem here, although in actually playing things seem pretty smooth. I think it just fails to display the hz it's set at and shows you the default each time or some similar bug. The game just runs far too well to actually be going at 25hz

Sounds like its to do with the display you may be using, are you trying to play on a HDTV or a monitor? And at what Resolution would also help.
GPU?

Turn Off Vsync

i also want mine at 60 hz because of my monitor (stuck at 25 hz) but it doesn't seem like 25 hz really changes much. alt tabbing is still quick and even the in game fps is fine for me. I have vsync enabled though

Its a bug in the game i got 120 hz monitor everytime when i set to 120 and go back its on 60 again, but then again its only a vieuw bug i checked my monitor options and its running in 120 hz while it says 60 in the menu, just fix the bug ninja theory and i am happy :)
Its just a read bug thats al the game is using the native hz from the monitor.

Vsync is also broken in the game i had to force in the control panel to fix it i noticed it right away when is ee the video,s in the game the tearing is terrible.

Good game nice graphics only a few bugs like the hz bug and broken vsync.

It writes it as what you set it to in the ini. So if it shows it's going back to the default, it's actually correct. Like others have mentioned, it's just a small bug, but it will set the rate, though.
