WTF?!? can't play with xbox controller!

I can understand but game have some problem with my controller. I can only play 1-3min after connected controller then...then it's getting crazy. Game dosent recognize it like xbox, X/Y/A/B bottoms changes to yellow 1/2/3/4/ect., in menu its only scrolls up without toching them. Select and Menu only opens select menu. In game- camera just only look up at max and lock.
Yea i didnt need menu so often to play, but...locking camera

Launch some another games, controller recognize and work perfectly. Only in DMC I have this kind of problems

Can someone help? Just whant to play but dont know how to fix this(

I was just about to buy this game until I saw "Partial" controller support. What does this even mean? I'm using an xbox 360 controller as well. Now I'm not 100% sure if mine will do the same. More info would be helpful... Also if you find a fix be sure to post here, ÐıᏇıᵲeAΙ...

"Partial" its just about big pictur ect. (marketing not relationship to gameplay)

I think its look like individual kind of problems but who knows..
And yes, I post solution...if I can fix this =/

Partial Controller support usually means you can play the actual game with a controller, but there may be aspects that you need to use kb/mouse for, like the menus of a splash start-up screen for example.

I can't help the TC with his problem, but i'm using a wired Xbox controller and have had no issues at all, hope you can get it fixed.

Im playing on my xbox 360 wireless controller for windows with no problem at all. I have no other device in my usb ports except my mouse and xbox controller receiver. I've heard of some games will have problems if there are other controllers beside xbox controller. If not, try restarting steam or computer. If nothing works, I can't help anymore.

I have a similar problem, my xbox360 pad (cable) disconnects and connects every 20 seconds or so, its unplayable if the controls are always switching : /

Do you have a razer hydra plugged in by any chance? I had that problem with scrolling up without touch and locked camera, with the yellow 1234, Took me awhile to figure it out but i just unplugged my hydra and its running perfectly now.

I use the wired xbox controller and have only ever got full controller support. Works a dream

Using official wired Xbox 360 Controller here for it, works like a charm even the menus I haven't needed my keyboard for it. Running Windows 8.

The yellow 1 2 3 buttons are for generic offbrand controllers, like mine. However for reasons that are too long to go into here, I use an emulator to make the game think it's an xbox controller and it works fine. Maybe if you give that a try it might help. It's called x360ce. If that doesn't work then it sounds like something is either wrong with the game or more likely your computer/drivers. Might be worth reinstalling the drivers for your controler. And after all that, reinstalling the game would seem to be your last option.

Its a bug, the controller must be powered on before the game launches.

Probably you have something in your USB port that is causing conflict with your xbox 360 controller. I had this problem when I plugged Logitech G27 steering wheel controller in at the same time my Razer Onza tournament edition xbox 360 controller plugged in. Games I tried to play did not recognize either controllers correctly. Check and see if you have any other peripherals plugged into USB that might be causing the trouble.
