Crashing on Capcom Logo Fix (Controller Issue)
Unplug all Controllers, If you have a Razer Nostromo you have to shut down/delete the Program for it or it will continue to crash. Easy as that, Only thing that has stopped all crashing for me. A way to tell if you really did is to go into Steam Big Picture mode at the top right of the browser and while in the Big Picture go to the cog wheel and then Controllers and if you have any there it wont load the game.

Tried plugging in the controller after the game had booted up and the game crashed again, am I seriously gonna have to play this with keyboard and mouse?

I don't have any controllers plugged but I'm still getting the crash, I even unplugged my USB soundcard and keyboard.

When I have my controller plugged in it crashes on the Ninja Theory logo, when I have my controller unplugged it crashes on the Capcom logo... All I can say is "lol"...

It crashes as soon as I plug in the USB cable for my Dualshock 3... Damn.

Removed all controllers and controller related serviecs. Still doesn't work.

Plug it in when you get to start screen.

It will still crash in my case (DS3 + Motioninjoy)

Uninstall Razer Nostromo drivers, instantly worked for me. Xbox controller and everything

Didn't work for me. I've stopped all services related to controllers like the nostromo, xbox wireless, logitech mouse, etc.

I have a simple soluition, it worked for me with DS3 + motioninjoy: put dinput8.dll in the folder of the DmC-DevilMayCry.exe, it will make the controller "invisible" to the game.

The dinput8.dll comes with the xbox360CE emulator, have fun ;)
