exe not working?

Mr killer you have to unistall the c++ then go online and look for c++ 2010 x64 then install it, but the game will still not work

Thank you. I'd submitted a support ticket for this a few hours ago, but you are right. Exit out of steam and start it up again, and it has started downloading.

Edit: if anybody is confused by this, when I say "Exit out", I mean to go to the icon in the task bar, right click and select Exit.

yeah thats whats been happening to me XD i cant play with out it crashing after the capcom sign.

Yeah if you bought a retail version, you will see on the disk that it doesn't have an .exe file anywhere. That's where they mainly went wrong. For it to properly install the game files, you need an .exe which they forgot. Steam are already on it to try and fix it so give them some time.
