cant get game to run

ive downloaded twice and it crashes as soon as i start it every time

Many people seems to have the issues. Did you updated your drivers ? DirectX ?

i have all amd parts i have a hd 8760
and a 8 core proccesor 3.5 ghz

So you need to go to the AMD website. Download the latest drivers about your GPU:
http://support.amd.com/en-us

Install them and also go to the Microsoft website and install the latest version of DirectX:
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35

If updating your drivers doesn't suffice ( Like it didn't with me. ) you might want to disable the intro movies with the command: -nostartupmovies

You can do this by selecting DMC -> properties -> launch options.

I did everything I could to stop DMC from crashing myself.
Verify integrity of the game.
Update my drivers and update directX.
I even completely reinstalled the game.

All of this proved to be useless and the only option that helped me was to disable the intro movies.

it still does not work it crashes as soon as i start it

game has a lot of issues with controllers. id try unplugging them and uninstalling software to check if it runs like that
but before that i guess you should try more simple stuff like running the game as admin or in compatibility mode with some older version of windows (or the compatibility troubleshoot thing)

i tried trouble shooting and compatibility and for the controller i unplugged it and it still did not work and what drivers do i uninstall because im using a ps4 controller with a program called input mapper so it emulates a xbox controller

ok i tried that and set it up but the game still wont work they need to update this game so it will work
