What game to start with?

Is this game a good start and then continue to 5 or should i start from 1?

If you're new to DMC, u can start in this version, but never DMC5, at least start DMC 4

[Lady of the Lake]

You could start with 5 to get a good start and see if you like it, if you're not sure about playing whole series, then play in whatever order you like.

You could also play from 1-2-3-4-DmC-5 order, this works well if you want to play in order of release date and experience games as intended.

DmC is unrelated to DMC1-2-3-4-5 so its actually better to play it first w/o DMC bias

as for DMC, you can start with DMC3 since its best in series and also origins story wise. DMC1-2 didnt age well, so its not really best entry point for newcomers.
