COMPARE TO CONSOLE DEFINITIVE EDITION:
* Cannot lock-on enemy
* Cannot play as Vergil in Bloody Palace
* Hardcore mode unavailable
* Extra costumes unavailable
Some of the players have no console in their home, so they have to stick with PC version, because PC version having no Definitive Edition.
It has more content (Vergil's bloody palace, new costumes), new difficulty (harder than DMD), different gameplay modifiers (like turbo mode, hardcore mode, must style mode), the gameplay is tweaked and the balance is changed for the better.
Definitive Edition is the Ninja Gaiden 3 Razors Edge of the series
Unfortunately, yes.
Also PS5 and Xbox Series, they have backwards compatibility, in case you have either of these consoles and didn't know.
I feel like all japanese companies hate pc a little. Square FF pixel remasters don't have font change, changable ost or boost mode like the console versions.
I just get annoyed when there is a better version available on console and there is no update or new version on pc, or the times they are available it's an inferior remaster cash grab and they delete the good version. dark souls remaster removed ptde, last remnant removed from steam to sell console remaster, DQXI good graphics version removed from pc for the switch port replacement)
