Constant crashing

My game keep constantly crashing, usually during cutscene transitions, what can I do to fix this?

I've already disabled tutorials and verified the game's files and cache, I still get random crashes that occur when I enter a room for a secret mission or when a cutscene ends.

Specs:
Windows 8.1
i7 6700k no overclock
GTX 1080 no overclock
16 GB DDR4 ram at 3000mhz
1920 x 1080 144hz

Game settings are at max graphics settings and 144hz, vsync on

I get the same thing. I have a similar setup and even reduced the graphics settings and still get the crashing. Highly disappointing.

Also max settings. V-sync off.

I'm also having an issue where it struggles to identify which input method I'm using. The controls constantly swap between M&K and Controller. Menus are a mess and half M&K controls, half Controller controls.

DmC: devil may cry stuck and flashing solution 1

May be useful.
1. change compatibility mode to window xp (service pack 2)
2. Switch to English input method and cancel the shortcut key to switch input method
3. Turn off antivirus software

Possible problem.
The computer has accumulated too many old game runtime libraries, the principle is unknown, the extranet learned that this will lead to the game stuck flashing back

Solution.
Download Install Run Windows Installer Clean Up
Select all the microsoft visual C++ libraries and uninstall them
Select all the microsoft .net framework and uninstall it

Download Microsoft Commonly Used Runtime Libraries Collection July 21 Update v2
or Ranger.com's Game Runtime Library Installer V4
(the former is recommended)

Click to install the former runtime library collection

PS: This operation is risky, please use caution, please find the runtime library collection to reinstall the runtime library by mistake
