Does it work well on modern systems? Remember playing it as a kid and being barely 2 digits I wasn't able to find out how the game works and took me over a month to beat level 1.

Why is Populous The Beginning region locked and unavailable?

I can seem to get anything to work in the tutorial other than moving around and targeting things. Is that correct? Maybe I am missing the appropriate commands? I tried clicking the pad on the left but I was unable to affect the terrain. I owned the game in the day but it has been too long to remember how it works now....
