Apparently things like element combos change as well. So for example last season fire and poison were together but next time it could be fire and necrosis so you are encouraged to try new team combinations to beat existing or new content.
I was really put off by it initially but I feel like this is better than sitting at end game waiting for new content for 6 months only for that to arrive and keep you occupied for a week before you find yourself in the same position again.
Im from Beta days and im a Mod and im a F2P player so i know what im talking about as i have the experience to back it up when i say its not bad at all.
Dragonheir is pretty clear about what stays and what goes during a season reset. Anything you buy remains yours, except for stuff like extra stamina or auto raids that speed up your progress.
Your heroes? They reset to level 1, sure, but you don't lose them. If you've inspired them or leveled up their skills, that sticks with you. And remember, while some of these advancements might cost you, the game also hands out plenty of free scrolls. So, your heroes' skill levels aren't going anywhere, nor will your artifacts, though their levels will vanish.
There's a decent amount of freebies in the game that get converted during the reset too. It sounds more like frustration from not fully grasping that Dragonheir is pioneering a seasonal Gotcha game format. This was communicated in numerous places, including on most in-game currencies and items affected by the reset.
i know i don't like the taste of poop and i've never eaten poop. js
