May I ask if you have completed the real-name authentication? Did you choose "minor" during the authentication process? If so, minors are unable to chat within the game. If not, you can access the chat function through the friends page.
Regarding the redeem code issue, could you let me know which region you are playing from? For players in certain regions, using a proxy and setting it to another region might be necessary for redemption. If you have any questions about this, please provide the following information and contact customer service at service@sgrastudio.com:
- Character ID
- Region
- A recording of the redeem code operation
- Game logs
**How to provide logs**:
- **PC**: Navigate to Steam\steamapps\common\Dragonheir Silent Gods\logs.
- **Android Mobile**: Navigate to Android/data/com.sgra.dragon/files.
Please find the log files ending with `.log`. If file extensions are not displayed, you might not see the .log extension. Example: dragon_log_xxxxxxxx.log. Kindly compress all log files and send them to us.
