I am re-installing this on a new ssd as my existing one was almost full.
I dont have a facebook or apple account so i chose google login , i put in my email address and then chose password option to finalise login in ..... dont remember have to do this when i used the game first time round.
After putting in my password i saw a messsage to say i am being re-directed and then i got a small box saying ........ no game client login progress detected , i now have a game with around 300 hours on it that i cant use ???
I dont even know what region i am set to because i cant get that far so all i can tell you is that i am in england
I think they missed the sentence where i said i cant log on !!!
As for the client not discovered error. Retry it. For me sometimes it works if I restart the client. I close and reopen the browser which was needed for google verification. It might be good idea to use chrome browser as default if you don't already have it.
Worse case scenario it still does not work. Install a VPN on phone and now IT MUST WORK.
I had zero login errors on phone. Hope it helps. Good luck!
they said the reason i cant connect is because i did not migrate my account for the new way of logging in during the time given to do it. I never knew about the migration because when it was happening my ssd was getting full so i took the game off.
I gave support all the info they require so i guess i just sit and wait for another reply
