Dear Travelers,

During the maintenance, we have received feedback from the community regarding our current compensations. As the seasonal events' durations mostly coincide with the server maintenance period, we will give out further compensation to all players upon the server's reopening. Details of the compensation are as follows:

For players who were in Season 1 when the server entered maintenance:
Legendary Hero: Utior
Boss Avatar: Copper Dragon
Boss Avatar: Akara
Season 1 Avatar Frame: Copper Dragon

For players who were in Season 2 when the server entered maintenance:
Legendary Hero: Ardreth
Boss Avatar: Mekkatorque
Boss Avatar: Daughter of Thorns
Season 2 Avatar Frame: Mekkatorque

For players who were in Season 3 when the server entered maintenance:
Legendary Hero: Aladiah
Legendary Hero: Utior

For players who were in Season 4 and the Intermediate Season when the server entered maintenance:
Legendary Hero: Calavila
Legendary Hero: Ardreth

If players already possess the aforementioned heroes, they will be converted into the corresponding Hero Tokens. Tokens can be used to raise Heroes' Inspiration Levels. They cannot be used to exchange for Artifacts. If players have already reached max Inspiration Level on the aforementioned Heroes, the Tokens can be further converted into Essences of Creation. Please contact our Customer Service for the exchange.

Yes fact these new compensations + thanksgiving event give some great heroes. In my opinion it is worth it to return.

The wrong side of the story it's one month of maintenance, and lot of people keft the game behind. The game already closed in part of usa is not realy a good point... It may never open again, whatever they say... and if it re open and people don't come back, it's ... kind of suicide in game story...

when i click on dragonheir on steam and when it open a clicked repair it it leaves and when i reopen the game and click on my google acount it still say in mantenance

It works for me. I started steam downloaded and after login nothing happens. I restart this time a new icon pops asking where I am from and to accept some rules. Now it works. Hope this helps. Also don't forge to redeem the codes from oak blossom for extra rewards.

No, for what i ve see, i m maybe done with Dragonheir with their stupidity...
Look like the whole world got "warning" to change mail, but i ve seen nothing about this nowhere.. ( not in the game before it's stop, not on steam account , nowhere)
So now, i have lost my whole game unless the assistance can do something...
But i think there is something wrong there...
