Game Won't Run Fullscreen

No matter what I try, I cannot get the game to run fullscreen.

I've maniuplated game.xml to set both fullscreen true and false, multiple different resolutions, mulitple different graphics level configurations.

My log.txt file has nothing odd in it.

Another curious problem is that when I have fullscreen set to true in game.xml, it launches and then goes to a borderless window, in this case the game performance is horrible.

If I set game.xml fullscreen to false and launch the game, I get a window with a border on it, and the game runs fantastic.

Please advise.

and starting it on windowed pressing "enter - tab" ?

Enter+Tab does nothing for me. The old standby of Alt+Enter doesn't work either.

Problem solved - was running the computer through television that couldn't handle the resolution. Swapping the television for a monitor and restarting has resolved the issue.
