ANS: I don't think you can import anything from the game where there is not a .id3 file becuase every thing is packed. But, and I just did this 2 days ago.
#1-You make a copy backup, zip it, I 7zip it or zip.
#2-Import the copy of the map.
#3-Copy pasta what you need then delete or whatever the imported map. ;)
I'm familiar with many map editors.
and a link to the map would be great.
if u are trying to steal a building out of a map u need to find the textures for that building.
place the folder wen u unzip it into map\models\buildings.
wen u have placed it here then open ur editor and add the building to ur map.
