not to be offensive, but if it is, where can I get safe mods? and is the basic giants software mod creator tool relevant for this edition?

I do not think many people play this anymore, it is 8 years old and there are 2 newer versions of it available. To find any mods still around I suggest a net search, be careful of the sites you visit though. Even the developers GIANTS Software has abandoned mods for FS 13.

I do not. The only few I knew no longer exist. I did a quick search and after looking at the site, very briefly, you might consider the following;

It was - i think - the most and best modded part of FS.

it was not that difficult for me - and i have no pc related education. depending what you want to mod, (maps, pullers, tools), you just need some time. Giants editor is not hard to learn.

I made my little scenario cause i didnt find what i wanted. so far, so good, problem is now, lots of sites closed or hide there mods behind members only access.

you just dont get the mods you want to use - example, map door trigger is needed for my map - but Vertex Design does not even reply to mails. now i cant upload the needed mods to make my map playable again. and the version of FS13 is gone.

was a issue with people stealing mods and upload them as there own to generate klicks, and make cash per download.

the reason i closed my Modhoster profile. still seems the only halfways legal free dl site for FS now
