depends on the mod you choose. If it requires that. TMO, a good adress is fs-uk.com altough you need a profil now to see the 13er mods, they changed the lay out. Also usefull but not my favorit modhoster.de !

I also recommend fs-uk, Used them for years with no issues. I have also used assets from American Eagles Modding.

fs-uk had some fantastic FS2013 mods, best game for mods in the history of FS
