i have an i3 @3.10 Dule core and can run it just fine. Although it helps to have a graphics card you might experiance low fps without one

average more than 40 fps, if that, on those settings at 1080. that means some pretty low dips for minimums.

anyway game runs fine for me

if you have low FPS or lag, lower it down a bit. if you see that your computer is starting to heat up a bit (or rather alot) then i recomend that you lower the settings to medium or something.
